2023年，北京大学汇丰商学院教授及学生共发表学术论文105篇，其中，在国内外一流学术刊物（SSCI/SCI/CSSCI）上发表论文85篇，占比81%。International Economic Review, Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of International Economics, Journal of Monetary Economics, Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Marketing Science, Review of Economic Studies以上经济、金融、管理类国内外顶级刊物中的论文发表40篇，同比增长21%；其中国际顶刊发表17篇，较2022年增加7篇同比增长70%。特别值得一提的是，这17篇国际顶刊的作者为5名副教授与9名助理教授，出色的研究成果彰显了北大汇丰“青椒”（青年教师）的学术能力与活力。
